To help us and you keep track of your required 35 involvement hours, there are four recording periods with mandatory deadlines for submitting your hours:

• Period 1: July 1, 2010 through Nov 30, 2010
• Period 2: Dec 1, 2010 through Feb 28, 2011
• Period 3: Mar 1, 2011 through Apr 30, 2011
• Period 4: May 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011 (May 30th for 8th grade families)

Please remember to:

• Record by the period deadlines;
• Round your hours to the nearest 0.5 hours;
• Submit your hours each period even if you have already met your 35 hour requirement;
• Input your hours after each volunteer activity, using the online form as many times as you’d like within each period.

Once you have completed the online form, click the submit button at the bottom of the form; your results will be stored in a secure online database that is monitored by the Parent Group.
